HOA Accolades was created by a team of HOA specialists with the purpose of highlighting positive stories originating from HOA communities throughout the world.

There are hundreds of thousands of HOAs around the world. While most of them operate relatively smoothly, there are others that do not and these outliers are generally the ones about which we hear in the media or otherwise. What we know is that the vast majority of HOAs have quite a bit of positive aspects and information that highlights many of the positive reasons to live in an HOA. We want to change the media narrative to a more accurate depiction of the many positives in the HOA world.

We draft the stories published here either from personal experience, or from information provided to us from various CAI chapters and others involved in the HOA industry.
